Returns and Exchange
If you have received the product ordered and garget happened to be non-functional, you may return
and exchange your order up to 5 days after receipt.
How do I return (an) item(s)?
Please fill out the return form and put it in the package and return the item(s), if possible, in its
original packaging. After 3 days after receipt of the shipment,we will re-send the new product to
you.
We are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and does not
accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely. Please take care of your proof
of shipment, so you can show this by any problems with the returned package.
Return shipping costs:
Please note that you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items, if not noted
otherwise in the next sentence. Make sure that you pay the correct postage. Any underpaid postage
costs will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Information:
The orders will be sent to you within 24 hours . When you place an order on Friday night until
Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday.
We ship worldwide with DHL.
Note: Your order will only be shipped when payment and delivery details have been approved.
Customs & Import Fees:
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside Europe may be subject to
taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). Any customs or
import fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid
by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot
tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to
country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you
order, so you can avoid unexpected charges.
