My Story

Since childhood, I dreamed about exploring the world. I wanted to meet people all over the world who had similar values, goals, and visions to mine. I’m fortunate to say that this has been my reality. I’ve been to over 40 countries across the continent. I’ve met amazing people and seen incredible places. And, I’ve done all this while balancing travel with motherhood, often taking my daughter along on my journeys.

While motherhood is the best and most precious job in the world, I have also worked in a variety of international organizations where I’ve gained more skills, knowledge and the ability to travel the world for business.

On a recent voyage to one of my favorite countries, Italy, I met a team of innovative skincare scientists and cosmetologists from Gale & Cosm. S.r.l. I was struck by their passion for skincare, and they had some extremely interesting research in natural ingredients. As someone who cares deeply about my health and appearance, I was intrigued!

Their research showed that Snail Secretion Filtrate (SSF) had benefits for all types of skin issues. They started researching it because it was an old folk remedy in Mediterranean culture. This ancient ingredient was used in ancient Greece, where the famous physician Hippocrates reportedly prescribed crushed snails to cure inflammation. And in Southern Italy, it was often prescribed to treat stomach inflammation. Now we know that its beneficial properties extend to the skin, too!
